Foxwood Yoga

In over 30 years of practising yoga, Alison is hands down one of the best (if not THE best) teachers I've come across. She's passionate and intuitive about taking you on your own journey, always caring and careful to keep you safe. Suitable for any level including beginners. I'm learning something new every time and love Alison's classes so much I go at least twice a week! Icing on the cake? Foxwood's truly beautiful studio, setting and small classes. Go. You'll love it.

Alison is an extraordinary Yoga Teacher, with a wealth of experience that shines through the moment you meet her. She always pays close attention to the needs and abilities of the group and the individuals within it. Alison’s Foxwood Yoga studio is a truly beautiful and unique space in an idyllic setting. There is something quite magical about attending a candleLit Yin class whilst listening to the owls hooting just outside the studio. Just beautiful. I cannot recommend Alison highly enough!

Positively the best yoga teacher ever. In the most wonderful studio which has peaceful views onto open woodland. I learn something new and get stronger every time I go. Most importantly, I feel enormously happy after a session, so it's great for body, mind, spirit and soul.
