Being a tenant looking for a new place to live during a pandemic can make things difficult and exhausting, not to mention all the potential danger you must put yourself into. Having your family depending on you on those difficult times and situations, to find the perfect new place to live that you could call home can be challenging beyond anyone’s imagination. However, if you are lucky enough as I was, maybe, just maybe, you will find your “perfect place” on Foxtons… and if you have been a good person all your life, maybe, just maybe, you will be granted one more favour! To have to deal with the most amazing agent, Leonardo! I have been dealt with some agencies and agents in my research, but when I bump onto Leo, I knew I HAD to make a deal with Foxtons. I knew I MUST get a place through this agent. His moral and values, his ethos, and efforts to help, can not be described in a review. His professionalism, while at the same time being friendly and keeping a great balance on those two that can easily get mixed and confused, is a breeze of fresh air at this market. Polite and always there when you need him. Foxtons Wood Green are lucky to have such an agent in their team. Truth is, I do not know the rest of the agents of Foxtons in Wood Green, I do not wish to be unfair, but Leonardo, is your man in so many different levels. A huge thank you to Leo, to Shamila as well who was immensely helpful when needed, and a thank you to whoever in HR hired those people. What an amazing team! Thank you guys!

I was so impressed with Leonardo’s performance, he was so professional, very polite and very positive ! I did not believe that we got the place so quick in this difficult time. They were super efficient. Leonardo is an amazing example for many of us how to do the job! I am very impressed!!

Leonardo has been really helpful to us during our house search. He provides excellent customer service and keeps us updated all the time. I am very impressed with the service provided overall. When something in the house was broken, the property management team dealt with it immediately which I think was very efficient. Looking for and finding a new home at the current time can be quite a stressful process so was very reassured by Leonardos professional service. I found Leonardo to be considered and knowledgeable yet very upbeat and positive in his approach. Leo also gave us the space to feel relaxed but was always there to answer are questions when needed. All in all it was a pleasure to work with Leonardo, Shanice and the team at Foxtons Wood Green.
