As a landlord my experience with this branch has been very poor. The maintenance team are especially unskilled and unresponsive. Unfortunately I was allocated Crystal White as my ‘Property Manager’ and she has been absolutely useless. My property is supposed to be fully managed by this agency and I’m having to do most of their work for them. Crystal even said to me that due to COVID-19 they cannot provide a full service, however they still expect me to pay the full fees! In 6 months I haven’t seen any evidence of the staff being skilled or knowledgeable of the real estate industry and their lack of professionalism makes everything hard work and stressful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Property management would never attend to you -leasing agents full of lies and misrepresentations. You will never get your money back.

I had a great experience with Melissa Acevedo from Foxtons. She is an immensely efficient, friendly and intelligent young lady. The process of viewing the properties and securing one of them only took a working day to complete. I would definitely return for her service if I have the opportunity in the future. Edit: Not sure if it is because of the COVID situation, she had become quite unresponsive. I cannot reach her at all and have to ask for another agent from the same company to assist with me.
