I originally appointed a prominent estate agents with a heavy advertising campaign, hoping to save money. The marked difference between this agent and dealing with Roberto and Kane from Foxtons in Brixton, is priceless. Throughout my property sale they were always professional and knowledgeable and a reassuring presence during the challenging times. I would recommend paying the extra for this level of service because the stress of selling can increase if you don’t have the right estate agent. If I could change anything, I would not have been swayed by any other agent and have used Foxtons first!

Very professional branch. Roberto at Foxtons Brixton was very easy to liaise with for my first property purchase. Not having had much experience of house hunting before, I appreciated his willingness to explain the process fully and his role. He found the perfect place for me at only the second property I viewed, which spoke to his strong understanding of my priorities as a buyer. Would definitely recommend
Very happy with this office. We have just exchanged in a pandemic and Roberto was a big part of that. He managed some tricky situations with great assurance and was calm, professional, communicative and very personable throughout the whole process. Foxtons are expensive commission wise but I feel for sure that in our case Roberto was well worth that extra percent.
We had a great experience with Jack at Foxtons Brixton when buying a flat. Jack did extra research to find the flat which we would not have initially considered had he not suggested a viewing. Compared to our experience with other estate agents from different companies, Jack was much more proactive, hardworking, helpful and professional. When it came to making an offer the team at Foxtons handled it very well and efficiently to ensure a good deal was done for both sides. I would absolutely recommend the team at Foxtons and in particular Jack.
