Really good little museum and very helpful staff
Great little museum explaining how inclined plane canal lifts work. My only criticism is that there doesn't seem to be an active drive to raise the money required to restore the lift. With the recent rise in canal boating popularity, this would be a great investment in our British heritage and could help the local town of Foxton thrive through increased tourism.
What can I say. Actually, even tho it's about a canal it's still got some fun stuff for the kids. Like a game that lets you control the boat things and a canal boat for them to play in (don't worry, there is no water). This place is both fun and informative!!
