Took my iphone 5c into Fox Phones on appointment for an intermittently faulty \Home\ Button. They checked the phone while I was there and fixed a \pin\ problem immediately. Returning it to me the young lady advised there is no charge and have a good day! Amazing service and a real boost to my faith in \human nature\, you can still get good old fashioned service, you just need to patronise Fox Phone in Bromley.

Made a same day appointment on a Monday morning, battery out of stock but due in at lunchtime. Picked phone up that same afternoon with new battery fitted. Excellent service and very reasonable price.
Brilliant service. Had a faulty Apple iPad no screen was blacked out. Took it to Foxfones in the morning and it was fixed in a few hours and they rang me to collect. Really good price to fix only 54.99 when Apple quoted 207 online to send away and repair. Would definitely recommend.
Took my phone in for a new screen, had a few problems after registering my sim. However they took it back in immediately and solved the problem. Very polite and professional.
Went in to get my phone repaired after minor damage that happened 7 months ago and my main issue was fixed without charge. However, I can still hear static noises in the audio so I may return to see if this issue can be fixed. Would definitely recommend. :)
