Food was terrible. Fries were burnt. Chicken tenders were so hard my grandbaby couldn't bite into them. Got appetizer after the meal. Potato skins hard and dry

They do a great job on to go orders. Been ordering a lot of to go orders during covid pandemic and compared to other chains like Texas road house the 99s knocks it out of the park. Food comes out organized and in a quick amount of time. If you request anything extra they have no problem with it and staff is very friendly.
Food was ok. I got the royals sirloin and it was a bit overdone but the rest of the food was good. The customer service was great! I would have given a five if the steak was done the way I asked. But they did fix the situation.
