This is my FAVOURITE country pub EVER!! I have never ever had a roast dinner top the Fox and Hounds. I have been a regular visitor here since living locally the last 7 years. First, I found this place via Groupon with a voucher that I was gifted and I've been back several times for dinner and also breakfast. The pub itself is stunning and even better in winter when the open fire is going. Thank You Fox and Hounds for providing take away service during lockdown, which I have also taken advantage of

We had a lovely meal this evening. Food was excellent and staff are great Will be back
Great meal and drinks at a friendly country pub. I had the pan fried scallops and black pudding to start followed by Scottish salmon and new potatoes. My wife had the hunter’s chicken. No room for dessert - maybe next time!
The food is fantastic because it's cooked fresh to order. A great beer garden with a play area for kids, fab ale & gin selection! Ellie is a great host and we always ride our horses here for a beverage!
