The staff in this pharmacy have been nothing but polite and helpful to me over the last few weeks. I needed vaccinations and a medical form signed in order to go travelling, and the doctor giving the vaccinations was extremely eager to help in getting both of the above done for me. I was having trouble finding a GP to sign the form, but he went above and beyond to help me, calling me with updates and sending me links to various clinics that could get it done. (It should also be noted that he is the fastest giver of injections I have ever experienced!) I am so grateful, and I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

My favourite chemist in London. I used to live right by them but have moved a bit further away. I still try to go here rather than my local chemist because they are so great. The are not only caring and personable when providing medications, but they also have a wide range of organic beauty products.

This in now the fourth month on the trot that this pharmacy has made mistakes with my prescription, this time leaving me without a vital inhaler for a week. When challenged over the matter i was, as usual, informed the problem was caused by my GP...An excuse i was easily able to disprove. When asked if these continual mistakes were acceptable, a refusal to accept ownership was the response on no less than four occasions. I was even asked for my advice on how their clearly inadequate system should be improved. I explained that as i have no access to either their or my GP's computer systems i wasnt in a position to help, and that surely as they were the supposed professionals, that was their problem. A total lack of ownership, empathy, and a 'couldnt care less' attitude was all the management here could muster. Customer, beware!

I needed to get my yellow fever Vaccination done, out of all the places I had called to enquire fourway pharmacy were the nicest people to Communicate with. Even when you walk into the store all the staff are polite and approachable. Thank you for all your help you gave me.
