DANGER! This is not the Branch of the Red Cross you may want to use . Showed up for my appointment on the 15th (30 min early) was told I did not have one and there were no more appointments for months and months.Went home got my appointment card and made a second appointment by phone for the next day. Showed up again on the 16th with my email confirmation letter in hand and appointment card for the 15th, only to be told my appointment was the previous day (really?) by the managing RN. I found the facility to be lacking in civility, sanitation And social distancing, not to mention the mass amount of confusion of the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. I have used this facility for many years with great success. I have donated to the Red Cross since 1968 And would never return to this facility until UPPER MANAGEMENT takes a real look at it and straightens the place out to their NORMAL HIGH standards.

Love the location here. Lots of good parking, very good location with Costco, Starbucks, and Souplantation within walking distance. Friendly and hard-working staff here.

I was 17 minutes late since I traveled from DT LA, even I finished rapid pass, it was equivalent to someone late with out the pass. However, the manager said her rule is 5 minute late only. What is the re for? She said that she understood me, what she understood about travelling from Dtla to Fountain Valley, and donators just sacrifice time and efforts for good?! Such an number must be followed strictly regardless everything equivalent? Such a bad management and disgraceful

The lady in front was great real sweat! The first nurse to help me was nice, The I was passed to a lady who was rude! and lied to me! she talked down to me, not cool. I told her my wife and kid were waiting in the car and I was told this would only take 30-40mins & I have been here an hour & would like to at least tell them how much longer she said only 20mins but then someone else said 20mins then 10mins at a table, I wish they would have been up front with me, I would have done another day! I will find another place.

Very Nice! Have been here twice a year for blood donation. Staffs are nice and professional. Hope my blood can help more people. Hope more people come to help others.
