Waited nealy 3 hours for delivery food was cold when arrived and it looked like it had been thrown in the tubs curry was runny and cold like it wasent cooked properly chips were cold and full of grease inedible no refund offered excuse made was it was down to the driver not exceptable at all just an update i have spoken to restaurant i explained the issues and they have advised me they will send the driver two days later to collect there food out of my bin as they would like it back and then they will issue refund seriously we are in the middle of a pandemic and u want to send your driver to go though my bin no thanks keep my 32 pound and me or any of my friends or family will ever be using you again I have got to say for a restaurant your food was disgusting and customer service diabolical stay clear

Waited over 1hr 30 minutes despite numerous calls, food was left standing waiting for driver for over 45 minutes, asked for some sort of discount but owner wasn’t bothered about us waiting. Food was fatty and tasted plain and cheap. Won’t be using again.

Ordered the other night and the food was exceptional. Would highly recommend and will definitely be our go to Chinese in the future. The man on the desk was also very friendly and we even got a free can of pop for our wait. Hot, tasty and very reasonably priced

Lockdown delivery was so fast and the food as always spot on, arrived 20mins before the web site timer, (that's not a complaint) we were starving and really appreciated the fast delivery. Spare ribs and Cantonese sauce I can recommend with a Chicken and king prawn curry. Good quality and at reasonable prices, 1.20 for delivery .... not worth me getting the car out, Well done fountain house keep that wok hot.

Excellent Chinese takeaway! Best we have had in Stafford and we've tried almost all of them. The food tastes great and isn't overly greasy. The chap on the phone is incredibly polite and helpful. There was a mistake on our last order and he replaced it immediately without question. We will be going here and only here from now on.
