From the first phone call with Lynne, we knew we'd made the right decision to contact Fosters for my mums funeral. The care, compassion and ease of arrangements was superb. Unfortunately we've lost my father & father-in-law over the last 5 years and the experience with Lynne surpassed both previously arranged funerals. She clearly puts herself in her customers shoes, nothing is too much trouble and takes everything at your pace. Her advice and willingness to let you do what you want with other parts of the funeral is hugely appreciated. A huge massive thanks to Lynne and her team at Ffd in Perth. Right from the first phone call from Lynne to a phone call after the funeral her professional approach and compassion put us at ease. I have dealt with a few funeral directors over the past few years but Fosters was by far the best. Lynne explained everything to us from start to finish with no pressure whatsoever. And myself and both my brothers came out with a smile. A massive thank you Lynne for all you done for us and will highly recommend Fosters in Perth.
Lynne has been amazing from start to finish. At a very difficult time she ensured that we were always kept informed of each step. She is compassionate, patient, empathetic and an ultimate professional. She is clearly in the right job. Savannah on the day ensured that everything went like clockwork. Everything we wanted she made happen. Again nothing was too much trouble. It made the day that bit easier. We cant thank them enough and highly recommend their services.
