Lovely food but customer service awful! Ordered delivery, advised one amount on phone but charged 5 extra upon arrival. Charged more for delivery than stated on site and 2.50 for something called 'adjustments'. Emailed via their website but heard nothing back! Won't be ordering again - make sure you always have more cash on you when they deliver than what you expect / told to pay.....

Maybe it’s very busy on the night of 31-12-2020. Usually it will be delivered to my door within 90 minutes. delayed by 3 hours tonight, but the meal received is still hot and the taste is still the same as before..I still have the New Year’s Eve dinner...
What can I say.. happy valley NEVER disappoints! It's my favourite and only who cooks to my standard, chicken chow mein is always piping hot and delicious! Salt and pepper and chilli squid are great. Everything is always hot and yummy. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Love these guys
