From his knowledge of the vehicle and all its features to his patience in working with us on all the options, to the impeccable customer service offered - nothing was a problem and everything was about us and ensuring we had the best buying experience. Even the day we picked it up was an 'major event and unveiling'. Carl's after sale service has also been exceptional. Always available and always prompt with his responses. Our purchase wasn't a Bentley but it was well presented and we are very happy with the car and with this company. We were well looked after by Carl who goes 'the extra mile' for you. We were dealing from interstate so trust was important - We found it was well placed with them.

Honestly words cannot express the service I received from the team at Bentley Brisbane (namely Joseph) who was professional, prompt and just superb all throughout my dealings for my new car. Would highly recommend and even though I'm in Melbourne, their service was so perfect that I would do business there again in the future. Thanks gents.
To International Buyers, As an international buyer I am looking at buying 10 cars for my concierge business for the East coast of Australia. However, I was asking if we can also do a featured review of the new Continental GT, whilst we are in transition in purchasing these cars, considering I own a luxury magazine plus other multiple of businesses. But, the experience we had from the Marketing Department was disgusting. I emailed and phoned the head Marketing Officer with no avail, and their second in charge replied back stating that we had a look at your social media, plus your media kit and the answer was NO! Considering we are based oversees and deal with royalty, oligarchs, aristocrats and social influencers; most of these people don't have social media and don't care to appear on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Thus, the insult of the spelling and grammar of our media kit was insulting. So, for us to purchase 10 cars from this branch and the way we were treated overall - Bentley Head Office would be embarrassed at, how this gentlemen acted. I will never buy any Bentley's from this store again; especially if the staff have 'big heads' considering they work at Bentley earning minimum wage and work 9-5; which in hindsight to me is quite pathetic that I was about to buy 10 new cars from them which would cost up to 10,000,000. It's Bentley LOSS!!!
