Absolutely love all 3 of my Sean Ryon saddles. Got my first one, made by Paul in the late 90's and two more in the early 2000's.. They are the best riding saddles I've ever ridden in and they fit my horses perfect!

Ordered a pair of custom made boots that were supposed to take 1 year max. Needless to say, it has been 19 months and I have yet to get any kind of update on when, if ever, I’ll get my boots or 1200 back. Every time I call to get an update, no one answers, and no one returns my messages....

My brother and sister-in-law ordered custom boots in February of this year for their wedding this upcoming weekend. Dixie, the owner’s wife was the one who helped them with the order and was made fully aware that the boots were being ordered for a wedding and that there was a timeline. As of today, with 4 days before the wedding, there is no word of the boots and Dixie isn’t answering the phone or returning phone calls. These were boots that were prepaid and far from being cheap. Please take your business elsewhere.
