Great service back to back! We had used PackRats before and their service is nowhere near as good as PODS. The POD itself was clean and bright, with plenty of hooks to tie down the items. The drop off was a breeze and the pickup driver, Bobby Hall, was excellent also. Super quick, super easy, and friendly and drivers don't try to haggle you for tips.

My experience with PODS was pleasant. They were a cheerful, helpful & efficient crew. My stuff was well looked after & delivered on time
We will never use PODs again. We had our pod in storage for 8 months and then when we went to redeliver they charged us for the delivery when they weren’t suppose to. Then we were charged for another full month of storage (100 dollars more than all other months), when we no longer have a POD with our items stored at their facility. To top it off they damaged our fencing when dropping off the pod. When I called they are never helpful and just dismiss everything we have to say. Not professional!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They don’t show up on time, show up to the wrong address, over charge, won’t refund my money they owe us! Also, forget trying to get someone to call you back to fix their mistakes- this is the worst company to deal with. You will be better off hiring movers and get a truck. I just want my money refunded NOW. The entire company and everyone working for PODS are incompetent and lazy! FIND ANOTHER WAY TO MOVE AND STORE YOUR STUFF!
Service has been exceptional, they were extremely friendly to work with and took care of my needs quickly. A special thanks to Crystal she came and did a final drop off and pick up and she just made me smile. Very professional!
