This used to be mine and my fiancé’s favorite restaurant, until we learned of two hosts being fired for enforcing the mandated state law regarding face masks. Call me crazy but I actually take this pandemic seriously. Those two employees were doing their job. I don’t know about y’all but I would actually like the world to get back to “normal” so if that means wearing a mask then fine, it’s really not that big of a deal. You wear the mask inside then take it off when you get to your table. It’s really not that hard. The point is, Del Frisco’s wrongfully terminated not one, but TWO employees for wanting to keep themselves, other employees, and other customers as safe as possible. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Do better Del Frisco’s, you might not agree with the state mandated law, but that doesn’t give you the right to fire employees for doing their job.

Super good meal with a great dinner. Kenneth, from corporate (too bad he's not permanent at this location) because he's so awesome. The appetizers were excellent, the steak was excellent,. The desert... coconut cream pie is probably the best I've ever had! They made me a VIP, several actually. Outstanding pineapple drink! The view of the Fort Worth town square from the second story is truly beautiful and relaxing.
Went for NYE and grabbed a seat at the upstairs bar. It was so nice- great service from knowledgeable staff, amazing food, and such a nice atmosphere with a great view of the square. Definitely will be going back!
Went for our wedding anniversary. Usually go to regular Del Frisco's. There we are always treated very, very well and are acknowledged for the occasion with a complimentary dessert and waiters gather around to wish us happy anniversary. However, here, there was no recognition of our special occasion. The food was good, but certainly not worth the price. Our waiter checked on us once, but was in too much of a hurry to even hear that we wanted something. We had thought it would be nice to see the Christmas decorations during dinner. There wasn't even any Christmas music playing in the cafe. Next year, we will return to big Del Frisco's and visit the decorations after dinner. They always make you feel welcome and special. This place couldn't have cared less if we were there or not. Very, very disappointed.
It's amazing when your date sends you a text and tells you to follow the instructions. My instructions lead me to where he was waiting, fast forward he took me to Del Frisco 's Grille, I told him I wanted to see the tree so, we set on the patio. It was a perfect time. The food was pretty then it became delicious, mix that with a glass of wine and you are talking about the perfect date night place.
