This place is a disaster. And it has been for the last two years. They leave you waiting for an hour plus in the lobby area. Clearly expecting you to be on time when they are late 100% of the time. Then when you get back to your room they leave you waiting for over an hour. If you have a 2 yr old like mine, he doesn’t sit still. You would think the imbecile that manages this location would understand that since it’s a children’s hospital

Five starts are for Lisa in ER. I believe she’s a paramedic or PCT. She’s awesome! She really made us feel comfortable! My daughter is special needs so we’re constantly in/out of the ER/hospital. It’s rare to find someone with her genuine heart!

Absolutely amazing staff from the doctors to the nurses, right down to the security guards and parking attendants. Never a fun place to visit if you’re here, but the people here make it better.

This is one of the worst hospitals visits we have ever encountered the nurses linzy called security on me because she left my daughters iv unplugged our over 50 mins. I pressed the nurse button she never responded another nurse from another area juatbso happen walked passed and saw the emergency and came to help it’s a shame how far racism goes untreated these days I won’t ever bring my epileptic daughter here again no stars for mw

Increadible!!!! Absolutely the best. Today couldn't have been any better or easer. All the Nurses were amazing and our Treating Doctor and Nusres are absolutly a blessing. Thank you all so very much. We will always come back to this location.
