On October 8, 2018, I called the credit union and received specific instructions on how to do an ACH withdrawal: I wanted to transfer money from my credit union account to a bank account. I completed and signed the form and emailed it to the AEFCU via the email address printed on the form. I did this before 2PM, because the person with whom I spoke told me the transfer would be done the same day so long as the form was submitted by then. On October 11, 2018, I checked with my bank, and the money still hadn't been transferred, so I called the credit union and was asked to re-send the form, which I did, via email, to the same address. The employee with whom I spoke confirmed that she'd received the form. She was unable to explain why the money hadn't already been transferred, but told me she would call me back when the transfer had been completed. Over an hour later, this still hadn't happened. UPDATE: the money was finally transferred, so I've increased the star rating from 1 to 3.
