I've been going there for over two years and they have never failed me. I usually only go for an oil change, but they always try to go as fast as they can. I had to leave so I could get my son some food, and they were done before I was able to walk back (20 minutes).

I just had 2 tires put on my Expedition. When I looked at them, one looked like it had been driven on already. I walked right back in and informed the staff. They immediately took it back in and put on a tire that I liked. I am giving 5 stars for the service and willingness to make me happy with my purchase.

These gentlemen are always so helpful. I followed them from Illinois Road to Fernhill because they are so great. Today I had an automotive issue and they got it taken care of right before closing time. I get my oil changed, tires and more at Patriot Tire
