I called dispatch today enquiring of the rates, pickup site's, to and from destinations. The woman explained the whole process. And had genuine concern on the route and time's. Thanks ECRider

The schedules are all incorrect. The website and trip planner doesn't work/is not user friendly. Busses are infrequent. I would suggest more funding. Do not expect a workable service at this point in time.

Absolutely the worse transit system in America. Don’t run on weekends and when I called while waiting on the bus the dispatcher didn’t even tell me this until I called back the second time after waiting an hour. Whoever is in charge of public transportation should be fired...

Try to always call a week ahead. Sometimes they have nothing available within the 24 hour limit they give and sometimes not the 48 hours. This is due to limited funding and vehicles. Dont ever change something around the day before and know that sometimes they could be up to two hours getting back to you after an appointment... Again, due to limited transpotation and distances having to be travelled sometimes... All in all though, if you get transpotation and do things right, this is a very helpful place. They do grocery store and Walmart runs from 10-12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and ALWAYS be ready an hour early. Sometimes earlier is better even since on rare occasions they show up way too early. Don't schedule anything else aside from one appointment or two back to back in a day. Between those, early pickups, late returns, etc., your entire day WILL be used up and you'll get angry about it especially if you have no choice for needing regular appointments. Things just are the way they are though....
