Best housing for lower enlisted soldiers on Ft Stewart that isn't a 3bd or above home/townhome. For new soldiers, just know that these guys are friendly and helpful, the space is clean and nicer than almost all surrounding housing communities available to you. You're still living on base so you wont keep excess BAH but that's usually the case. You don't pay for electricity, water or trash. Great location. It's an apartment so(shocker) it's smaller than a house. Finally, army housing is notoriously bad at maintenance calls. Not here! They got on my request almost immediately and fixed a few small things around the apartment that were regular wear and tear items. No major issues. Very glad they had an opening for my family.

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Location is nice due to being on base and maintenance is very well done but that’s it. Apartments are smaller then expected, and you pay even more then locations that are off base that are way larger. Appliances in each apartments are old and seem like they were bought with “Army Standards” in mind. If you’re military then you understand this is another term for they work but just barely enough. Staff is a mixture between helpful and rude. Honestly just depends on the day. They take long handling matters and depending on the severity of an issue then you may end up waiting days on a helpful response. Community is very appealing by looks but the reality is that there are better for cheaper in the area. They’d be better if staff was more considerable and if the community gained amenities like better appliances or garages/storage that renters could use to improve the standards.

Overall we had a good experience with Marne point! Below are our pros and cons️ Pros: -The STAFF is amazing. The ladies at the front are always there to help and simply will just talk to you if you’re having a bad day. -Mike the maintenance guy is AMAZING! He is always there to help. He NEEDS a pay raise! -The POOL! I love the pool only negative is that it’s not heated like it’s supposed to be, and tends to be closed a lot. -The GYM and COMPUTER CENTER my husband loved! He went to the gym occasionally but always used the lab! -EVENTS, Katherine is amazing at making all the events happen! Some of them are really cool crafts and some are days that you stop in just to grab a snack! -PARKING, we have only had a issue with parking 1 time and they took care of it immediately. Other than that, we don’t have assigned parking and we can usually park in our same spot unless one of the neighbors is having a gathering or something. No worries though cause we had parties also. -LOCATION, my hubby was 2nd brigade so the location is nice because he can go out the side gate and be to work in less than 10minutes. Cons: -STORAGE the amount of storage you get is little to nothing. I lived in both 1 and 2 bedroom. We had to use our 1 storage closet as a pantry in our 2 bedroom. -Putting in a WORK ORDER online for maintenance to come. I shouldn’t have to go online I should be able to call. I hated this when they started it. -The DOG POOP, it’s not hard to pick up after your dog. Housing even gives you poop bags! It’s on the sidewalk at times and just gross!
