My sister broke her wrist and was apprehensive and in pain when we reached the ER. We were met at the door by Felicia who took charge and put us at ease. She was amazing! She said she loved working in the ER...and it shows.

Basically stole my 85 yr old mom's phone and charger eye glasses and rosary beads because after dropping them off with a nurse at emergency rm during covid did they not take them to her but made us wait over a month to tell her no they won't replace them but the glasses if we go where they want to pay for them .I wonder do they let you refuse to pay the bill that they charge you up for while they tell you about how great they treat their patients wow.the only thing their good at is draging elderly people along while they lie. Thanks for the lesson bh.

Dr. Russell and staff were knowledgeable and prompt. Thank you all so much for your excellent service! Editing this review.. was 5 stars until I got the bill... 7000 The doctor was in the room less than 5 minutes and his portion was near 2k. Other charges were an ultrasound and radiology reading that ultrasound. Not sure what all the other charges were for. Google says average ER bill is 2-4k. This is unacceptable. We were there less than 2 hours.

I understand that sometimes people go in there for little things don’t really need to be seen by a doctor, but when someone is in pain I wish the doctors would have a little bit of sympathy. Instead of coming off rude and insensitive. We just left because the doctor made us feel like we were wasting his time. EDIT: we went to mercy er and found out he had a kidney stone. No thanks to baptist! Thanks for being a-holes.
