They are always welcoming professional and really strive to place you in the vehicle of your dreams, I had the pleasure of meeting Steven Tyler he had a broad knowledge of every vehicle I was interested in and I felt he made my experience more personal. I would ask for Steven Tyler personally if your really wanting the best experience possible and I don't think the guy sleeps because he is always there and if he's out he is only a phone call away and he's there in minutes. Just bought my second truck from Briggs Ft. Scott. They had several for me to chose from and Austin (our salesman) was great. We got a great deal and he was very helpful in sorting out some logistics with a rental I was driving. I went to other dealers in the KC metro and they were not even close on service or price. I will start and finish with Briggs from here on out.
