DO NOT eat here. Wendy's doesn't care about your health and safety. Going through the drive thru today I noticed the lady making the sandwich had her mask pulled down around her neck completely exposing her nose and mouth! I know I will never be going back to this location

I have never been inside, but I can tell you the man at the drivethru window is absolutely miserable. No customer service skills at all. I have been thru several times and each time, that man changes my mood bcs he is so unfriendly. When it starts to affect my mood, then it is time to move on.
The food seems to be subpar compared to the average wendys but that's not the issue. The issue is the absolutely miserable seeming staff here; there is ZERO customer engagement or service at this location. You an inconvenience to the staff here. I love Wendys food and the location is extremely convenient for me but I eat there as little as possible because I don't want to support the ownership.
Really disappointing. We've been coming regularly since they opened, but we're about done. Seems like we're a bother, can't understand what they're saying. Orders are almost always right, often don't seem very fresh. Love Wendy's but not this one.

Staff is extremely rude. They act like YOU are a nuisance for coming there and giving them business lol. Very disinterested in any sort of positive customer service. Their food is disgusting always cold and their pop when I’ve got it tastes moldy. Gross. I like Wendy’s but I will Never go to this one again. Should get your act together Fort Saskatchewan is a small place.
Have visited many times, order is always correct and drive though times are fantastic. Even when there's a long line-up, it tends to go pretty quick. Thumbs-up all around!
