I ordered a couple of chilli cheese wedges by the drive-through. For my surprise my order was just wedges, no chilli, no cheese! I will show you the difference between a good one that I got in other restaurant and the chilli that I paid here! They should take more care with the service to their customers!

You advertise fresh egg It tasted like it had been in a warming oven for an hour. I was the only customer. How long does a fresh egg take to make? I will never order food from there again Stick to coffee and donuts.
Sign indicates 24hr drive through. All lights on, no signs to state otherwise. People inside that refuse to talk or acknowledge you. At 04:55 am. Unacceptable. Will not visit again.
Absolutely horrible service. My husband ordered a bacon and sausage wrap. 2 bites in he is pulling strand after strand of long black hair out of his mouth!!! We will never be back to this location. We have had horrible service on multiple occasions. The hair is on the right side
Worst Tim Hortons!! Never have anything, always mess up orders. Today there speaker was broken , and instead of putting sign before drive Thur , you don’t find out till your stuck there for over 20mins what a joke!
This location is nicely-designed and very chic. There are friendly workers and they served us fast. However, I didn’t like it that they didn’t have the soup on their menu that I wanted to try. And they’ve ran out of the yogurt that we ordered and had to settle for another flavor (and the cup was only half-filled). Other than that, it was an enjoyable meal. Restrooms were clean. And parking spaces are available in the front of the store (limited spots) and on the side. They also have a drive-thru here.
I am disappointed with the selective Store front customer service at Tim Hortons Store #107549 @ 113 - 120 Southridge Blvd., Fort Saskatchewan, AB. Three staff were at the counter at the time I ordered at about 11.17 am today, 31 October 2020, but were busy with other tasks. I had to call their attention thrice before one of the staff came to the till to serve me. This happened to me at least three times in the past when I was at this particular Tim Hortons store. Based on my experience, this store's quality of customer service is inferior to the other Tim Hortons store located in Westpark Blvd., Fort Saskatchewan whose quality of customer service, in my opinion, has been excellent.
Only Tim hortons in fort sask that regularly screws up orders.
