Just waisted our time today at the wespointe show home. We are not entertained and told told just go in their website. And he walked out.
Very easy and professional builder. Start from begging till end they work with client very closely. Strongly recommending.
Avoid using these guys at all costs. They do not build quality homes and that’s why they are cheaper than the rest. They are far from custom as they have very little experience with anything but 1 or 2 floor plans. Aside from actually building with these guys the second biggest mistake we ever made was believing what the sales team that works out of the show home told us. As soon as we signed the contract Jeff virtually disappeared and couldn’t be bothered to help with any problems that arose. BEFORE you sign any contract or seriously consider using these guys make sure you get the advice of a trusted local realtor that doesn’t work for super homes and will give you their honest opinion of them and what they have heard from existing homeowners. It’s a small industry and a little research goes a long ways in saving a world of headaches that will lie ahead. Be very cautious with one of the biggest investments in your life and do your research; you’ll be glad you did!
