This used to be a good location until recent. Since the arrival of the new Manager, Craig Normand, the quality has plummeted. I would give this a 0 star review if it was possible based solely on the manager. He has a complete lack of professionalism, not just towards his customers but towards his employees. In fact, the employees are the only redeeming quality, they are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and they deserve 5 stars. Unlike Craig, he gets negative stars.

Rexall Fort Saskatchewan was a great location until Craig Normand started managing. He mistreated and fired a great staff member of 10 years for his own personal gain. I can not support a store that allows these practices. Truly unfortunate as I shopped there my whole life. Fortunately Pharmacy is one of the best you will find around.
Just want to say it is a pleasure to work at Fort Sask Rexall with Craig Normand. He always works with us if we have emergencies or need a day off... he says no problem, I’ll take care of it. It’s sad that one bad employees family is trying to tarnish his reputation. He’s an amazing boss. And I have had some terrible overbearing bosses in my work world. You rock Craig
Used to love going to this store. Worked at the hospital in the Fort and enjoy this store until some dipstick named Craig took over as manager. Now I get followed everywhere stating that they are worried I might steal. Have asked to speak to manager a few times but he’s never there or sends someone else to talk to me. Store has gone to hell. Get a new manager.
My family have shopped at this Rexall branch for decades.Six months ago a malignant cancer arrived at the store as a temp manager\Craig\.For his own personal gain the previous management team who were in fact outstanding with customer care were removed for his own agenda.This action anytime never mind in a global pandemic is unbelievable.I can no longer support a store that supports these despicable actions. Pharmacy team is fantastic.
