Our favorite Vietnamese food in the Fort! There is the occasional issue with misunderstanding orders over the phone and we've had a couple wrong items - but not a big deal; I wouldn't turn down any food from here! It's always fresh and delicious. It is a franchise and normally I'd go for the hole-in-the-wall family run places - the homier the better - but I much prefer this to the other place in downtown Fort. Just overall tastier and better made. They put their signature shredded pork on some of the dishes and it is a such a nice touch. Also their slushy-style bubble tea is great. Give it a try when you get a chance! They are on Skip The Dishes now as well if you can't make it down to their corner of town.

I LOVE this place. The portions are huge, the ingredients are fresh and the staff is so efficient and friendly. The place was full at lunch time but the serving staff are so fast and the food comes quickly. Did I mention I love Pho Hian Pasteur....
Clean, fast and delicious, my favorite place to go for Vietnamese. I prefer this restaurant over other Vietnamese places that I have tried in Sherwood Park and Edmonton. I usually get the large beef sate pho. Perfect comfort food.

Nice, bright and clean restaurant that serves delicious Vietnamese food. Received wonderful service from Joy who was helpful and so pleasant to deal with; Alvina was also very nice and gave wonderful and friendly service. The chicken rice plate was delicious and the meat was tender. I also enjoyed the Taro Bubble Tea. The complimentary hot tea was also good and it was served with a glass of water. It was also nice of them to replace rice (or noodles) with vegetables for someone in our group who was carb-cutting. The restrooms were nice and clean as well. There’s ample parking in front of the restaurant. They accept credit cards, including AMEX. We’ll keep coming back!
