Read to the end... Used to love McDonald's but needed a break, told myself since July I get to have it New Years Eve. Boyfriend and I ordered a bunch of things totalling 30. The food took forever, like SO long and this is usually fine except they forgot multiple items, and the food was stale as could be. Absolutely nasty. Cold and tasted like cardboard. Inedible. Why did it take forever yet our food was so old? Took the McDonald's survey and expressed our disappointment. Manager reached out offered us a single 6 piece meal. Wow. Not even enough for the two of us. Very disappointed in this location.

I don't eat at McDonald's often, but when I do, I don't want to find egg shells in my breakfast. The first time it happened, I got a mouth full of large pieces, and had to take the sandwich back. Today is the second time that I have found egg shells in my breakfast sandwich. It's careless and lazy to leave shell pieces so large while frying the egg. I will NOT be eating at this location again. Yes, the restaurant is clean and the workers are friendly. But serving meals with egg shells is a sign of shoddy work habits.
This McDonalds is best restaurant in town. People need to appreciated the staffs here more often. They were open 24 hours a day and 365 days a year thru out this Pandemic. Their service is the best in town and the food is always fresh. The part time kids try their best and this is their first job.... Maybe People need to think about when they first job experience and stop commenting and being harsh to these kids.
It took nearly 30 minutes for a simple hotcakes happy meal (2), a hotcakes meal, and an egg BLT bagel sandwich, all of which was ordered at a kiosk inside for takeout. The restaurant was not busy at all with nobody lined up to place orders at the till or the kiosks. The drive thru had a few cars, but was not nearly as busy as this location usually is. Upon checking the order, a hash brown was missed and they gave toys instead of books which was requested upon ordering. Once at home, I noticed that 2 of the 3 milks that were ordered expired today, they also didn't provide any butter and only the happy meals contained syrup. The bacon on the egg BLT bagel sandwich was small little pieces, not bacon strips. Everything other than the egg BLT bagel was also cold (egg BLT bagel sandwich was the last item to be prepared and packed). It's sad when the McDonald's inside the Walmart is more consistent than the standalone restaurant. I spoke with an assistant manager regarding all of these issues and she asked me to return with the food and they'd prepare it again. I said no that I'm not waiting any longer and that we'll warm it up at home. I did request a refund, which they did honour. This is the only reason I gave this a 2-star review.
I got the food from this location last week. The French fries was stale and old. The staff always mopped wherever I stand while I waited for my food. Some staffs are a bit rude and I just hate going there to grab the food as skip myself. I feel like they treat different between customer and skip person. The parking lot is hard to find except if you order through mobile and wait in your car.
They serve big dishes and for reasonable pricing. nice staff. 5 stars from me.
Place my order for 24.60 and got offered a 25 gift card that comes with a free sandwich. When posed with the possibility of using the gift card on this purchase I was told no. Next purchase only. So theoretically I could have voided the meal, bought the gift card, and returned back to the drive thru 10 seconds later to use the card. Unfortunately my time is more valuable. Not really a gift card if I cant use it...more of a coupon deal.
The service here was great with friendly staff. We enjoyed ourselves.
