Ordered a bucket of chicken on March 30th and was not impressed. The chicken had very little flavour. The bottom of the bucket was covered in dark brown oil indicating that the oil used is very old. The potato salad was no better the potato es were rubbery and again had no flavour. I will never order from the Fort Saskatchewan KFC ever again.

This place THE best customer service ever! I ordered thru skip the dishes and my order was wrong so I called. The manager personally drover to my home to deliver the right order and made me an extra sandwich! And btw their plant based sandwich is the best!!! Just great food and great service
Don't bother ordering anything from skip. Instead of a meal you get a singular chicken tender. Not the first time this happened either. Infuriating after work
Think the quality control on the new classic sandwich had gone down hill. Tho still good, but it's very inconsistent.
These guys have the chicken but they are not chickens when it comes to filling the box full. Always fresh, always hot, and always full. Very consistent and great quality.
I always like KFC, but this location needs to change their oil and give me the proper portion of chicken I pay for.
KFC no where near like it used to be years ago. The original recipe must have gotten lost over time!! Chicken I got came out of a warming oven, and it was dry. Nothing like freshly done!! Gravy had no taste.
