The Fort Nelson branch is not very accommodating the do not open till 10:30 which is ridiculous are not open late and never on a Saturday. You can not access the instant tellers because they lock the doors, also ludicrous. I find it very unfriendly and not very helpful.

Truly the most unorganised bank I have ever worked with. The Fort Nelson Bank Manager never called me for our confirmed appointment, which I had to wait 5 days for. Then, no one would answer my call at the Fort Nelson branch. They made my account dormant, without any notification, sighting I hadn't made a transactions from it in 2 years (due to cancer), even though I checked my account monthly online and had been issued an up to date Scotia Card recently. I cannot access my funds and no one will answer the phone. What happened to service to the customer. Truly terrible. I am closing my account. I have no trust of this bank to partner me in my banking.
