One of finest executive chefs in Canada. Formerly the senior chef of the only Michelin 7 star hotel in the world in Dubai. His preparations and presentations are superb. He is truly a jewel in the wilderness. Well worth driving hours to eat here.

Servers are nice. Food not so much. Condense the 5 page menu and focus on making something good

Restaurant was closed, but lounge was open. Decent menu, but very small compared to restaurant.

Had the veal schnitzel it was good, mash potatoes were nice with a bit of cheese and the vegetables were a step above normal.

I ordered the chicken parm. The noodles were a bit undercooked for my liking and the bread was stale. The chicken was good, nice and Cheesy. The waitress was nice enough. Came here under recommendation from the Motel 6 clerk. Did you find this review helpful? Give it a thumbs up! Thanks.
