The worst!!! I have been in the business for over 25 years and have never seen such a very low customer service standards in my entire life. I approved a sample of a sign and when I received it the printing quality was bad, there were lots of black marks in it, I sent it back to be fixed and I received a long lengthy email from "Terrin" educating me that I approved it and I have to accept it the way it is or need to pay 100% of the price in order to get it fixed, I tried to explain to him that I approved the design and not the poor quality but he was not even listening and I offered him to share the cost even though that was not fair but he refused. I rejected the sign and received another email from him asking me not to deal with him anymore since he does not need my business and accusing me of not understanding not listening!!!! Completely unprofessional and lacking customer service skills, will never deal with them again and wont recommend them as well to anyone.
