Decent place to live, usually quiet. Outside walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations in the parking lot really well from far away and every douchebags loud truck. I have never turned the heat on even in -40 because the building is naturally hot on the upper floors.
Hi , I rented community hall November 2017 from Louheed state . I gave 150 for rent & 250 for security deposit. They have never returned back S250 to me .I went to their office more than 5 times to talk regarding this issue. They always said .. ok .. we r looking into it . Jamal
I've been living on the property for about 7 years and I am very happy. Things are constantly improving over the years and that is important. Condo living always has challenges but overall it's been a good experience.
