NOW CLOSED!!!! The owner Rob Daprocida has left many customers in the lurch, scrambling for services. Bins not removed, sewer full and water empty, why?, just to pretend everything is ok so he can collect money from the customers he refused to tell that they are no longer getting services. I really wonder if he runs Birchwood Homes the same way? In my years there, they’ve gone through a partnership, 3 managers, only one original driver left who is awesome, too many mechanics because it almost always ends in a legal battle, and finally, after everything endured, they kept my final pay and only after showing them the legalities did they issue an ROE. Updated review: As you can see by the reply by Rob, they can’t even deny keeping my last paycheque. As for the good reviews, those are from a time when the staff that have now quit were still there. As for any potential new customers, or existing old customers, I’d definitely reconsider calling this company.

I am very impressed with the service I received from this company. The customer service was exceptional. They were very prompt and friendly during every interaction, from the first phone call to the last bin pick up, to the billing. I will be using Forthryte for all of my future bin rental needs.
