Very poor communication. I live on Prospect Drive. They had posted signs at either end saying effectively June 15 construction on alley, parking restrictions in effect. There was no notice posted to residents that the alley was being completely stripped (which I confirmed after speaking to my neighbour). Luckily my wife and I got our vehicles out of the garage before it was dug down 2 ft (some people weren't so lucky). The work didn't actually even start until the 22nd of June, and there was only a crew on site for 3 of the first 7 days. When I called to speak to the project manager (after 3 weeks of it not being completed from the ACTUAL start date), I left a phone number and email address, and my message was ignored. It is now July 20, and the alley still has not been completed. Parking on Prospect Drive is usually limited as it is. Thank you very much for the massive inconvenience. All that being said, the crew that has been on site has been very friendly and super apologetic.

If you're a contract gravel truck driver for them. Beware. The 2 guys in the scale house pretend to be friendly but are actually self centered grouchy types. The loader operator is 50/50 sometimes reasonable. Sometimes a total pain. One of the other regular contractors. Long blonde hair, and beard. Lanky, wears glasses. Smokes and looks dirty most of the time. Drives a 90's yellow freightliner gravel truck. Talk to that guy at your own risk! He's a complete selfish a-hole! The e-construction fuel truck driver. The regular younger one. Is one of the most passive aggressive drivers ever. Drives slow when supposed to drive fast. Drives fast when supposed to drive slow. Steer way clear of him! Other than that. Pretty great company. Most of the foremen/crews are good. Some are better than others...
