I really enjoy detoxing here over renfrew any day. the staff are all genuinely caring people, and you can also smoke there.
While trying to coordinate a family member here I was met with some of the thorniest (over the phone) staff I have ever dealt with. I assume they must deal with alot over the phone, but a little compassion for people who are not in this position every day would be advisable.
The staff are caring and compassionate and im happy and looking forward to the future.
Wonderful place, saved my life and helped me get into treatment. Went into transitional for 20 days until i did. Staff is amazing, and Sam transitional worker. They were so supportive and enviornment was nice. I tried renfrew and alpha house in calgary a total of 4 times but didnt even compare!
