Very rude staff, I have been going there my entire life and I can't believe the way I was treated today. Told to pay 324.45 even tho I have owned a house in town for 20 years.
Very rude staff. I picked up a few flex deliveries there and I have some sort of problem every single time and they're not helpful at all. World of differnce in Pincher Creek.
Staff are so rude at this locations, I'd rather drive 30 minutes to a different post office than deal with this location. I signed up for emails when my packages arrive with Canada post, I even receive the scan code in my emails so I dont need the \card\ and I usually wait until the afternoon to go, and today I was told were not ready yet and was refused . Maybe a couple hours ... well its 2 p.m. and acouple of hours you ll be closed . This isn't the first time I've had packages sitting for up to 2 days without being able to get them. So annoying. Will be filing a formal complaint.
