Does not cater to older patients. Prescribed my 98 year old Grandmother a pill that causes stomach upset after he was told she has a sensitive stomach. Refused to give her a shot to avoid stomach upset and having to crush pills that have a foul taste. Despite she has had a stroke and trouble swallowing. Along with dementia. Not accommodating, fails to listen and make it easier for care takers and pleasant for the patients.
