I purchased a basic car wash 7 (did not upgrade b/c only need dirt removed not a sealant). The car wash machine left dirt behind, Reza at register refused to offer a repeat wash. He said if you want a good wash get it hand washed somewhere else, refused to give a refund, when asked for a mgr, he said to come back in the morning to speak with Sheba. Very disappointed that customer satisfaction was not important.

Employees park personal vehicles in front of pumps, blocking them. This same car has been doing this for weeks. Paying customers have to drive around.
