Everyone here was friendly and helpful, EXCEPT Cathy. Everyone took the time to answer our questions and give us proper information. Cathy answered the phone one day and was extremely rude and short when I had questions about going out of town. She seemed like she didn’t have the patience or time to be bothered and eventually just hung up on me. When she did give minimal answers she acted as if they were obvious. Clearly not if I have questions hon. If you aren’t good with customer service get your other employees to answer the phone for you. They’re much more helpful and way less rude. Was never hung up on by the receptionist(s). She has a god complex. Other than that rude incident the company was fine and helpful.

The gentleman at the desk is very proficient and courteous. Listens well and gives good feedback. The process took 15 minutes and I was in and out. I would recommend this bondsman to all I know who need.
Fast service and will answer the phone all hours of the night or day. As long as your honest they will work with you on meeting with them to fill out paperwork they are the best bondsmen in Broward county!!! Plus they send you text reminders of court dates which is very helpful.
they really know the industry and are honest. My son had a major issue and needed a bond quickly, and heard about signature bonds. Cathy helped inform us, and it gave us peace as a family.
