Brutal service. Never been more disheartened by a local company. Customer service was embarrassingly poor and the service itself was grossly negligent. Destroyed a brand new 400 comforter that was a wedding present. After they asked for a copy of the receipt for the comforter (we were lead to believe they would be covering the cost), they refused any follow up communication and never reimbursed a cent (for the item they wrecked nor the cost of the service). Worst experience across the board.
