I had to go to the emergency room for serious pain in a sensitive area. My wife came with me in case she needed to drive me home. She couldn't wait in the waiting area or anywhere in the hospital. I understand the virus but we both had masks on. I feel this was inconsiderate to have her have to sit out in the vehicle. There was plenty to of seats she is after all my wife. This hospital is lucky there are no negative number stars.Horrible service all the way around.

Forced to come here by insurance because we live within the 50 mile radius, barely! Would not release my referral so I could go somewhere closer to my house. Made appointment and still had to wait over an hour, if you have the space to accommodate people who live 45 miles away don't make them wait so long to get seen. Release the damn referral so we can go to a doctor in the city we live in!

For this to be a military hospital I expected better. We just got stationed here and never did we have this problem at our previous duty station. The government needs to come in and evaluate where the tax/military budget is going at this hospital. I have been sitting in the ER for 3hr now. Came in because I was pucking up blood!!! Don’t you think that’s a little alarming. There is no reason at all for this to happen.

If you’re pregnant please I recommend not going here 20 weeks haven’t gotten any testing ultra sounds or anything ! Haven’t even tested to see if I’m a high risk which I believe I am. How can anyone give this hospital a good rating

Finally! I have come to write a review dedicated to what my family and I have been through since the year of 1986- yes, it was a long time ago, but internet was no where in existence then. Because of this hospital, I have come to not trust doctors, pediatricians in particular, whom I feel have TOO much freedom to do as they please....yes, I feel as though pediatricians need to take their certification every once in awhile (pediatricians are not required to test after they have graduated and have received their degree). I will not go into great detail, but because of what one pediatrician did, who worked for this hospital back in 1986, caused GREAT pain and hell and should have had his credentials checked as well as had an psychological evaluation performed himself because of what this pediatrician did, it caused a young child and her parents years of separation and her father (a black family) to be imprisoned for a nothing that this pediatrician went back and lied about for his sake of wanting to make himself look as though he were a \good doctor\ as well as he provided work for the D.A.'s in Bell County (Bell Co. was a very small and nearly next-to-nothing city/town back in 1986. I will only say: BEWARE OF PEDIATRICIANS AND D.A.s!!!...or YOU will/can be in trouble!
