They don’t have no common courtesy for people that live next to house that they have to work on. They don’t care that you have kids they will start working on house next to yours at 7 am and be banging on walls and going on the roof. Their workers have zero respect for families and no respect for the quite time for families with small kids.

3 of these neighborhoods were built in the 1960s, so very outdated and old. With that being said, management goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your home. A lot of parks for the kids in every neighborhood which is perfect for weekends and summers. Excellent place to raise a family!
There's lots of negative reviews, but so far we've had a good experience at least with move in. I have to say Patricia in the front office is wonderful. She was quick, polite and very helpful. The houses aren't brand new so of course there's problems. When we noticed the furnace wasn't functioning properly she & the maintenance team had it fixed in under 12 hours! Bumpy start to our move in, but 5 stars for the responsiveness!
I had my doubts when I first inquired about housing on Fort Gordon judging from the negative reviews. However, the staff was very polite, professional and made our move in process stress free. Thank you to Jennifer Newsome for allowing my family to feel welcome to the new neighborhood.
