Upgraded aging cell phone. Was asked if current plan was working for me. I confirmed it was. Next bill from TBay Tel included a 32% increase in price. Sight & Sound employee said nothing about this. Called TBay Tel who refused to take any responsibility for their agent not discussing this with me.

I Just purchased the I Phone 12 pro and It Did Not Come With A Charger, Just The Charging CORD!!!! You Should Tell Customers That It Does Not COME WITH IT!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!
