Reflexion Studio is like walking into a totally different city- a breathe of fresh air for this area! I had the pleasure of working out here in a private group! The equipment is new and just what you need. Ian, the owner is a highly knowledgeable trainer and very friendly! Love the design and overall look and feel of the studio! I appreciate the large mirrors and variety of equipment as well as the large area in the centre - to really get the most out of your workout! And a very impressive sound system! I can’t wait until it officially opens to the public (and the yoga studio is finished ), right now private training and group training is available. Oh and they are even adding a nutrition store! Would highly recommend.
