This hospital is a mess(an understatement). I dont usually leave bad reviews, because I'm a very understanding person, but I am absolutely fed up. The healthcare system here is an absolute joke! Every visit I have here is horrid and gives me panic attacks. The \doctors\ are condescending and treat you like you know nothing, and instead of trying to find the root of the issue, they mask the symptoms with medication after medication. I pray every day that I never have an emergency, because I would NEVER trust this place with my life. What a disgrace...

The pharmacy can have long wait times. I learned to have a positive attitude and have patience. Dealing with the ER, for the most part you get the right diagnosis. There have been times when I had to make an appointment with my PCM. There is always room for improvement but overall I can say I am satisfied. Never had any issues with the staff. Always polite and professional.

I have always had a great experience at MACH. The building is beautiful, nice and convenient dining facility (great prices and friendly staff), and there always seems to be things going on to make the hospital better. The hospital has really stepped it up during COVID with drive-in pharmacy and other services to make care more convenient! All the nurses, doctors, and staff that I have talked with have been very friendly and welcoming to me and my family!

I would not leave one star but I had no choice! BEWARE of Curtib Deloach, he was my sons counselor. After my ex husband told him numerous lies and I verified the information was not true, I reported Deloach. He retaliated against me. He threatened me. He is the absolute worst provider I’ve ever had to deal with. My own son told me Deloach made him uncomfortable. He’s condescending and only wants what is best for him not for his patients. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a counselor.
