This site is poorly run and the owners don't abide by their own ads. They recently offered a 10% discount on orders over 150.00 and then refused to give the discount after the order was placed. I sent the customer service a screen shot of the ad with meta data attached and they refused to acknowledge their own ads. They also don't indicate on orders when they are or of stock. Poor management.

Doug helped me with any questions I had. I was looking for a backpack, tried a few and felt the Condor Commuter suited me well. Ended up purchasing on their online store because they only had Coyote in stock at brick & mortar location the time I was there.
A Excellent customer service and products! I have a small foot and was having the hardest time finding boots in my size at any of the big stores. After hours of seaching I called and spoke to Bert. He told me if he couldnt carry a boot in size 4-14 he wouldnt sell it. I felt so relieved to find such a great place. I live about 45min away and ended up cutting it close to the time the store was closing so I called again and told him I was stuck at the base check point but was nearby - he said no problem and stayed open late for me. Not many places like this. Such a positive experience. Would highly recommend!!!!
I'm a new customer here and I came with a friend. We were immediately helped and when we asked questions the workers were very knowledgeable.
Bert was extremely helpful and super nice! I finally found the boot blousers that I'd been looking for!
