Never answer the phone. Useless
Reception are clueless. Don't respond quickly to emails and if they do it'll be a random comment not helpful at all. Their opinions should be kept to themselves, not used instead of doctors thoughts. One receptionist in particular is very rude on the phone. Now they're not even answering the phone. Doctors are good though when you can get an appointment. Edit: also the surgery switches doctors everytime you go so you are misdiagnosed frequently. Furthermore the organisation of this surgery is pathetic and dangerous
Sometimes the receptionists aren't too friendly, but being able to get an appointment on a Saturday and having amazing Doctors there makes this 5-star for me! They always take me seriously and listen to what I have to say - important when you're talking about Mental Health.
